I was asked to complete a case study as part of the application process that required knowledge of the "Deloitte-Frond 9S Model." After extensive research, I found that there were virtually no freely available resources explaining this model. The only detailed explanation I could find was behind a paywall, so I paid USD 4.99 because I wanted to complete the case study properly.
Unfortunately, I later discovered that this payment had enrolled me in a recurring monthly subscription that I had not intended to sign up for. I have since had to contact both Stripe and my bank to stop the recurring charges.
