No le faltaba nada al apartamento, salvo que las vistas dan a una zona interior cerrada por edificios y que no es lo más acertada. Apartamento pequeño pero tranquilo, limpio y muy luminoso, con aire acondicionado, cafetera,... incluso el secador tiene difusor, detalle que me gustó mucho. En pleno centro, con parada de autobús en frente y estación de metro a 3 minutos caminando. Detalle a destacar, las persianas son eléctricas, muy cómodo cuando tienes prisa .

Location is great, close to metro, shops and restaurants. Great and clean rooms and staff is very helpful. English speaking staff is available & all info is obtained through QR codes placed everywhere in the apartment.

Estuve alojada a por varias semanas en este lugar, a inicio de este año. Fue una estancia maravillosa. Excelente ubicación, instalaciones de calidad y todos los servicios de alto nivel. Cómodo, delicado, confiable, seguro y fiel a su oferta. Mis eternos agradecimientos a todo el personal y muy especialmente a mis estimadas Marina y Beatrix, quienes me hicieron sentir en casa y a quienes recuerdo por su gentileza, conocimientos, experiencia y por siempre estar cada vez que lo necesite, mil gracias. Repetiré sin duda. Felicitaciones.

I stayed with Madrid Rental Flats for nearly three months during a very difficult time for my family, and I truly cannot say enough about how exceptional they were. From the very beginning, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was ideal, safe, convenient, and easy to navigate, which made a huge difference given everything we were managing day to day. What stood out most, though, was the management team. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. During a stressful and emotional period while during a family emergency, their kindness and reliability made a real impact. It’s rare to find this level of care and consistency. I am deeply grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Madrid Rental Flats without hesitation.

A cozy place that makes you feel that you haven't left home, a great staff that simplifies and always on point on everything and perfectly located without being on a too busy street, there is nothing to rate it less than 5 stars

Perfecto para medias estancias, ofrecen flexibilidad en el alquiler, el personal es fabuloso. El apartamento impecable con todo detalle, lo mejor la limpieza semanal ¡un cinco estrellas!

Nos hemos quedamos en estos departamentos en varias ocasiones porque siempre estan muy limpios, son muy comodos para trabajar, descansar, cocinar, etc., tienen una excelente ubicacion y estan muy bien equipados. La actitud de servicio y la atencion de las personas que los administran son espectaculares.
