Lasting Dynamics

I was stuck for months with a big software agency that missed every deadline and kept asking for more money. Then I found Lasting Dynamics and they completely brought my project back to life. They just took over everything and launched it super fast on a way smaller budget. Honestly they pretty much saved my job.

As the CTO of Diagnostic Biochips Inc., I can confidently vouch for the quality of work done by Lasting Dynamics. We have been working together since 2020, on projects that dealt with very complex neuroscience data analysis and visualization software platform. Communication has always been effective to ingest our unique requests and to provide timely progress reports. We will likely continue this partnership for as long as there is demand for our company to develop software products/services.

I’ve been working with Lasting Dynamics since 2022. Within a few months, their talent and execution exceeded expectations so convincingly that we scaled our team with them to four times the original size. Today, LD is integral not only to our product development but also to our operations. Their leadership is outstanding—proactive in strategy, thoughtful about medium- and long-term planning, and disciplined in aligning scaling with our objectives and budget. LD doesn’t feel like an outside vendor; they operate as a true extension of our company, with the ownership mindset of full-time teammates. The team is top-tier and can scale rapidly. Their training pipeline brings new engineers up to speed fast, so when we add capacity, new team members are already familiar with our project context and codebase. LD also employs an innovative, hybrid Scrum approach that trims the minutiae of classic Scrum and streamlines workflows across Epics, Sprints, day-to-day tasks, backend, and DevOps—the result is tighter coordination and faster delivery. If you’re looking for a partner that embeds deeply, scales responsibly, and delivers at a consistently high level, Lasting Dynamics is the best in the business. Not a run-of-the-mill outsource shop—a world-class engineering organization.

Professional and comprehensive. They cover every aspect of the IT industry.

As part of the company’s administrative department, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with Lasting Dynamics, and I can say the experience has been very positive. From the very beginning, their team demonstrated great professionalism, strong organization, and special attention to detail, which made the internal management of our project much easier. Communication was clear and consistent—which for me is essential—and they were always willing to adapt to our needs. Beyond their technical quality, I especially value their ability to provide practical and efficient solutions that bring real value to the business. I consider Lasting Dynamics to be a reliable, innovative, and committed company, and I would not hesitate to work with them again on future projects.

Lasting Dynamics is a place where creativity and tech come together. As a designer, I’m always challenged and supported
